Job Description / Responsibilities

M365 Copilot Architect Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct root-cause analysis for unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with Microsoft to support advanced problem resolution.
• Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Implement performance enhancements and optimizations.
• Ensure system scalability and stability.
• Regularly update and patch systems to maintain security and functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing before deploying new features or updates.
• Develop strategies for futureproofing the technology.
• Provide input for the CoPilot related communications to the team.
• Provide best practices, tips and tricks and assistance in prompt engineering for the use cases to improve CoPilot adoption
• Utilize the Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard and manage the same such as user access and permissions.
• Monitor the adoption and license rate of active Copilot users
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard as required by various stakeholders.
• Copilot Readiness report
• Copilot Usage report
• Copilot adoption report
• Copilot impact report
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights to management and other stakeholders.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement based on report data.
• Utilize the Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard and manage the same such as user access and permissions.
• Execution of internal processes related to M365 Copilot, which include, license reconciliation in coordination with team and based on their direction, surveilled partner reporting, license allocation management, among others.
• L3 to work with High Touch and Service Desk teams in team under guidance from them.
• Monitor the adoption and license rate of active Copilot users
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard as required by various stakeholders.
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights to management and other stakeholders.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement based on report data.
• Development of KB articles and knowledge transfer to team
