Pay Range : $23.12 - $32.66 per hour

The Production Supervisor oversees food production to meet safety, nutritional, revenue, expense, and customer satisfaction targets. Responsibilities include staff training, coordinating with leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations, and exemplifying Rush's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications include :

• Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food Service Systems, or 5+ years of leadership experience in foodservice.
• Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Certification and Allergen Certification within 6 months of hire.
• 2+ years of operations leadership in a fast-paced food environment.
• Effective communication skills, report compilation, knowledge of budgets, and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred : Executive Chef certification.
