Machine and Facility Maintenance Lead

Primary Scop e : Northern Gear and Machining, LLC is looking for an experienced Maintenance person. The Maintenance person will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various machines and building maintenance efficiently and safely.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• The duties and responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
• Troubleshoot machines and equipment that have mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical controls. (Fanuc).
• Completes repairs, preventative maintenance, and major overhaul on all equipment.
• Repairs machines efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain plant support equipment.
• Performs miscellaneous repairs to the facility.
• Welding and electrical experience.
• Read and understand technical manuals.
• Read, understands, follow and enforce safety procedures.
