Portfolio Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Portfolio Operations Lead (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of the quarterly reporting framework for the product portfolio

Define and maintain a portfolio-wide metrics framework and build dashboards to track performance

Establish standardized operating models for product investment requests and drive continuous improvement of reporting processes

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Portfolio Operations, Product Operations, FP&A, or Strategy / Consulting, preferably in SaaS / software

Strong command of SaaS KPIs and portfolio metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, ACV, E / R, etc.)

Proven ability to design and operationalize reporting frameworks across a global product organization

Skilled in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

Highly collaborative, comfortable engaging senior leaders across Product, Finance, and GTM
