Position : Administrative Assistant – Receptionist
Location : 3010 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist walk-in members.
- Respond to basic member inquiries.
- Log incoming / outgoing mail and record checks.
- Provide administrative support to the Member Services Division.
- Maintain a professional front desk environment.
Qualifications :
Minimum High School Diploma.At least 1 year of front desk / receptionist experience.Strong communication and organizational skills.Certified Notary Public is preferred.Local candidates only (Phoenix, AZ) who can attend in-person interviews within 1 week.
