Lead Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to build and maintain web applications while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to develop new applications, update existing products, and ensure system stability and quality

Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to plan and implement solutions

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to CI / CD processes for smoother releases

Required Qualifications

Experience leading a team of engineers with a strong engineering background

Expertise in both front-end and back-end modern web application development

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and practices

Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g., Go, Java, TypeScript)

Experience with the full software development life cycle and delivering production-grade software
