About The Position

Title : MRI Technologist

Location : Knoxville, TN

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day Shift, 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 – 20 : 00), Friday–Sunday

Job Responsibilities :

Perform MRI procedures following established protocols and safety standards.

Operate MRI equipment, ensuring proper positioning and comfort of patients.

Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to provide high-quality diagnostic images.

Ensure patient safety by screening for contraindications to MRI and maintaining adherence to MRI safety zones.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging procedures.

Follow hospital policies, including infection control and patient confidentiality protocols.

Required Skills & Experience :

ARRT (R) certification

Minimum of 1 year of recent MRI experience

MRI certification (preferred)

MRSO training (preferred, not required)

Experience working independently on weekend shifts

Excellent communication and patient care skills
