A company is looking for a Procurement Contract Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Issue, update, and monitor purchase orders for accurate data and reporting
Communicate with vendors to request delivery dates and current pricing, resolving supply and delivery issues
Document and update job-related work processes and procedures while interfacing with multiple departments
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in purchasing / procurement in a technical operations environment
3 years of experience in RFQ processes and vendor competitive bidding
Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or SAP in material management or production planning
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Customer service experience with internal and external customers
