About the Role

• Perform diagnostic radiological exams utilizing advanced imaging equipment, verifying patient identity and reviewing medical records for exam appropriateness.
• Interview patients to obtain medical history, assess risk factors, and explain procedures, including side effects and follow-up instructions.
• Set up equipment, acquire images, and review results, documenting exceptions and communicating data to radiologists.
• Provide post-care instructions and participate in quality improvement activities within the radiology practice.
• Offer imaging education to residents, student technologists, and new employees.
