What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • This role will partner with the Plant Manager to establish quality vision and standard
  • You will maintain ISO / NADCAP / AS-9100 registrations and others, as applicable as well as coordinates external audits by customers, corporate quality and ISO registrar.
  • You will coordinate and / or performs internal audits per established schedule to evaluate location's compliance
  • This role will lead a team of lab technicians and final inspectors, as well as ensure all personnel performance evaluations are met
  • You will also coordinate and / or maintain processes that are needed to support the plant from a quality perspective

What Makes You Great

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a must
  • You will have 5-10 years of experience working with quality tools and methodologies
  • Experience with quality systems - ISO and AS are strongly desired
  • You have strong written, verbal communication, and critical thinking skills are a must
  • You have management experience with direct reports is desired
