Self-Storage Maintenance Associate - Fort Mill, SC
Go Store It Management welcomes applicants for a hands-on maintenance role at our Fort Mill, SC location. The candidate will keep our 150+ location facilities clean, safe and ready for renters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Walk the property daily – check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks or other issues.
- Fix small items – lock, light, door or toilet repair, simple paint or patch work.
- Keep the place clean – hallway, driveway, units, bathrooms and trash runs.
- Turn over units after move-outs – sweep, clean and ready for the next renter.
- Check gates, lights and alarms to ensure they work.
- Help customers on site – be the friendly on-site resource.
- Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth – pride in your work.
