Office Manager – Ottawa, OH

We are a well-established dental practice in Ottawa, OH, seeking a professional and motivated Office Manager to join our close-knit team of 5–6 members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance strong patient communication with efficient office management.

Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• Thursday : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
• Some Fridays : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage scheduling, confirmations, and check-ins

Answer phones and handle patient communication in a friendly, professional manner

Assist with insurance verification, billing, and claims follow-up

Collect co-pays, process payments, and prepare daily deposits / reports

Help maintain office organization, cleanliness, and smooth daily workflow

Support the team and assist with additional office duties as needed

Qualifications

At least 1 year of dental office experience required

Strong computer skills; Eaglesoft experience preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a busy environment

Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
