Director of Nursing DON

Mascoutah Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Director of Nursing DON to fill a full-time , salaried position. You'll be working in a well-run facility with a strong support staff overseeing and directing all nursing services and ensuring high-quality care.

The Director of Nursing DON evaluates the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and guidance to improve skills and promote consistent, top-quality care. Along with handling nursing schedules, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of resident care plans.

The Director of Nursing DON keeps thorough and up-to-date records including resident assessments, care plans, and incident reports while maintaining compliance with regulations.

We would like to speak with a Director of Nursing DON who is solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. Must be well organized and motivated.

Don't forget...

• An active state RN Registered Nurse license is required.
• SNF / long-term care experience is required.
• This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.

SALARY :

This position has a current salary of $95,000 / year, depending on experience and census, with annual survey bonuses of up to $7,500.
