What to Expect

(Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute strategic campaigns to drive adoption of Zoom Phone within accounts

Create and implement competitive displacement strategies to replace incumbent UCaaS solutions

Partner with Account Executives to identify opportunities and drive complex sales cycles

Conduct technical and business value demonstrations highlighting Zoom Phone's advantages

Track and report on adoption metrics and competitive displacement success

What is Required

Proven experience in UCaaS sales, preferably with direct Zoom Phone or competitive product experience

Strong hunting skills with demonstrated success in new business development

Experience designing and executing multi-touch sales campaigns and strategic plays

Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in working with Account Executives

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Deep understanding of the UCaaS competitive landscape and value propositions

Proven track record of displacing incumbent communications solutions

Experience working in a specialist overlay sales model

Strategic approach to account planning and opportunity development

Outstanding communication and presentation skills
