URGENT NEED : SCCM / InTune Engineer - Contract Role

Onsite | Immediate Start | 1700+ Endpoints - Green Bay, WI

We are seeking an experienced SCCM / InTune Engineer for an urgent infrastructure project. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in packaging (not just deployment), troubleshooting, and policy configuration for Windows endpoints in a mid-sized enterprise environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Package and deploy applications (not just install).
• Manage policies for Windows endpoints using AutoPilot, Intune, and SCCM.
• Perform patching using Patch My PC.
• Analyze the current environment, prioritize issues, and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2-3 issues across SCCM / Intune.
• Environment :
• 1700 endpoints (Windows 10 / 11)
• Focus on upgrading, stabilizing, and streamlining endpoint management.
• Must-Have Skills & Qualifying Questions :
• SCCM & Intune Expertise : What Windows 10 / 11 upgrade or packaging projects have you led or supported?
• Endpoint Experience : What is the largest number of endpoints you've supported?
• Advanced Troubleshooting : Can you diagnose failures and isolate root causes between SCCM, Intune, or other system layers?

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in desktop engineering or a related field.

Expertise in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows Server.

Proficiency in endpoint management tools such as Microsoft SCCM and Intune.

Demonstrated ability to package and deploy applications in Windows environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

Experience managing and maintaining patch management processes for large-scale networks.

Familiarity with Windows 10 / 11 upgrade and policy configuration projects.

Proven track record of supporting environments with over 1000 endpoints.
