We are searching for the best talent for a Manager Comm Ops, Hospital Ops to lead and enhance operational efficiency within our orthopaedic division. The role is preferred to be located in West Chester, PA with additional consideration for Raynham, MA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Warsaw, IN.
Purpose : This role is critical in ensuring the seamless management of field inventory, supporting sales initiatives, and optimizing operational sales functions to foster growth and meet the demands of our sales force and healthcare partners.
You will be responsible for :
Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience : Required Skills : Minimum of 7 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, Healthcare Management, or related fields, with a focus on inventory management and sales support. Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects that drive operational improvements and sales growth. Strong analytical skills with experience using advanced Excel, Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills : Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems, particularly SAP. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards related to inventory management and supply chain processes. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities and projects. Experience in the Medical Device industry.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $100,000 - $172,500
