We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to join our enterprise technology team. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, disaster recovery, or systems administration / engineering.
- Strong understanding of business continuity planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessments, and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred Skills :
- Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
- Knowledge of backup, replication, and failover technologies.
- Exposure to insurance or regulated industries is a plus.
Description and Responsibilities
Disaster Recovery & Business ContinuityDevelop, maintain, and test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and Application Recovery Plans (ARPs) for business-critical systems, services, infrastructure, and applications.Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to assess operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks.Coordinate tabletop, isolation, and full failover exercises with cloud and infrastructure teams.Document recovery procedures, RTO / RPO targets, and post-recovery actions in ServiceNow.Stability & ProactivityProactively seek opportunities for automation, issue prevention, and self-healing.Analyze trends to create baselines and foster early detection of anomalies.Collaborate with decentralized teams to enforce ITSM processes and improve service delivery.Observability & MonitoringLeverage observability platforms and other endpoint management tools to track system health and performance.Define and monitor SLIs / SLOs to ensure service reliability.Provide insights from historical data to resolve recurring issues and improve operational efficiency.Tool Administration & ITSMAdministrate day-to-day activities and tasks in Remote Monitoring and Management tools, observability tools, and other endpoint management tools.Leverage ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incidents, problems, and change management workflows.Maintain dashboards and reporting for SLA compliance, DR readiness, and system performanceEligibility : All applications current authorized to live and work in the United States on a Permanent basis are welcome to apply.
