JOB TITLE

Senior Project Manager – General Contractor

LOCATION

Boston, Massachusetts

SALARY

$180,000 / year

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, with a focus on education and healthcare facilities to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, supervise all phases of construction projects
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure work meets specifications
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations
  • Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are followed
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Project Manager, preferably in education or healthcare construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Preferred Experience

  • Experience with K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, or medical office buildings
  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices.
