Records Management Office Specialist (Office Specialist 2)
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division (PHD), Center for Health Statistics section in Portland, Oregon, is currently seeking a Records Management Office Specialist.
As a Records Management Office Specialist, you will evaluate and process vital records to verify compliance with legal requirements for registration in the state vital records system. You will perform quality assurance reviews to ensure that vital record information adheres to established state and national data standards and prepare records for preservation in accordance with state archival standards. This role also involves providing office and administrative support, including filing vital records, distributing forms to partners, and handling general office tasks such as sorting and distributing mail for the Records Management Program and the Center for Health Statistics.
