We are looking for an entry-level Application Developer. In this role, you'll work closely with our Development team to advance your technical skills and contribute to solutions that support our policyholders, producers and internal teams. This position is responsible for analysis, design, development, and maintenance of small to large scale, complex projects supporting our current and future information systems, dynamic websites, and business processes and strategies. The selected individual will work with multiple technology stacks to code elegant and innovative solutions to drive business value in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is agile, embraces change, thrives working both independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services or equivalent degree
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach technical challenges creatively and effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and complete complex assignments both independently and collaboratively
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver high-quality work
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
