- POSITION REQUIRES PRIVILEGING PROCESS PRIOR TO START (APPROX - 120 days from time of signature) - Please submit for additional information ($125 application fee for privileging candidates) HARD STOP : Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, Thoracic experience & CSFA, NBSTSA or NCCSA START DATE : Candidate must complete Privileging process prior to start (approximate timeline - 3 months) SCHEDULE : Days WEEKEND : Only required during call CALL : Call 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4ish weeks. That is subject to change based off of departmental needs. FLOATING : Within facility / scope of practice and to Main OR as needed MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 5 years expected but will consider 3 years (screen) - Unit accepts first time travelers CLINICAL SCREEN : Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. RTO : MAX 7 days HOLIDAYS : No holiday RTO accepted COMPLIANCE : FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule Locals accepted - same rate Please Note : Number of Non-Billable Orientation Hours (NBO) is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 19hrs for 19 week assignment)
