As part of the Transformation Office, the Transformation Finance Director will work closely with the CTO (Chief Transformation Officer), SVP Enterprise Finance, and key business leaders to execute and measure the impact of a large-scale, multi-year transformation program. This role will fully lead and own impact measurement and tracking related to the transformation, ensuring effective integration with overall company financials. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a strong bias for action. They must also have strong business judgment with the ability to evaluate business cases at both a high level and a more granular level (e.g., tracking to the P&L).

This position reports to the Sr. Vice President of Finance - Enterprise & Supply Chain and will be based in Providence, Rhode Island or Irvine, CA.

As the Transformation Finance Director, you'll have an opportunity to :

• Establish clear finance guardrails for the transformation (clear baseline, create definitions of what counts vs. what doesn't) and hold teams accountable.
• Develop and execute a programmatic approach to tracking value creation initiative impact into the P&L, ensuring alignment between value creation planning, reporting, and execution to understand any value leakage.
• Oversee and coordinate tracking and reporting for the company's value creation plan, including reporting to the company's private equity owner.
• Build financial 'muscle' across the organization, educating initiative owners on financial KPIs, measurement best practices, and helping drive conceptual understanding of key financial concepts and how they work at the company.
• Provide financial leadership over key commercial value creation projects, including Amazon global account financial planning, establishment of quarterly key account commercial plan process, and customer investment ROI.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives that ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Provide strategic and tactical support for cross-functional process improvement teams.
• Collaborate with the finance leadership and department heads to consistently refresh the value creation plan and connect operating performance to planned performance.
• Monitor actual value creation performance against the budget, analyze variances, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Pay Range :

Annual Salary : $174,000.00 - $205,000.00. The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
