We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in human resources who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering positive employee experiences. You will play a key role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, ensuring the accuracy and organization of personnel records and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and resolving related inquiries.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Participate in HR projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, including personnel recordkeeping and compliance.
  • Experience with onboarding processes and creating positive experiences for new hires.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate data.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
