We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. You will play a key role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, ensuring the accuracy and organization of personnel records and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and resolving related inquiries.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing any issues proactively.
- Participate in HR projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, including personnel recordkeeping and compliance.
- Experience with onboarding processes and creating positive experiences for new hires.
- Familiarity with benefits administration, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate data.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
