Responsibilities Work in a hospital Labor and Delivery department with LDRP and high-risk / antepartum cases Night shifts, 3x12 hours (1900-0730) Every third weekend shift required Holiday coverage is required Rare floating to NICU as helping hands may be requested Uses Epic EMR; Epic experience is required Provide direct nursing care in all aspects of the labor and delivery process, including high-risk and antepartum patients Expected to function independently in circulating C-sections Team members are expected to float within their scope if needed Seal blue scrubs are required No on-call requirements Parking is free for staff Returning travelers are welcome without a waiting period RTO is considered per contract, with a maximum of 10 days Requirements Active IN or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience required BLS and NRP certifications required Must be able to circulate own C-section Epic EMR experience required Preferred certifications : AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS First-time travelers are not accepted Candidates must live at least 50 miles from any CHN facility; locals are not accepted Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-623046.
