Position Summary :
Valenti Ford is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our service team in a dual-role capacity. This position combines the responsibilities of a Service Porter / Lot Attendant with that of a Pickup & Delivery Driver to support the efficiency and customer satisfaction of our service department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, assisting with service vehicle flow, and providing safe, timely pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.
Key Responsibilities :
Lot Attendant / Service Porter Duties :
- Move vehicles around the dealership lot and service area safely and efficiently.
- Assist with staging of vehicles for service appointments and customer pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive and parking area.
- Wash and Vaccum customer vehicles as needed
- Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection process
- Support technicians and service advisors with vehicle movement and logistics
