Your Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Medical Group / Physician Services, you will be a vital part of a team that prioritizes effective communication and teamwork to provide specialized care to critically ill patients. Your responsibilities will include :

Implementing care plans, including medication administration and clinical treatments

Documenting patient care and monitoring conditions

Assisting patients with daily living activities

Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Providing education to patients and families tailored to their needs

Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills :

Strong critical thinking abilities

Decisive judgment and the ability to work independently

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

Qualifications

Education :

Associate's degree required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 1 year of hire

License :

Current RN license in the state of Kentucky
