Your Opportunity :

Navitor , a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Press / Print Operating Technician to join the team in N. Mankato, MN!

Your Responsibilities :

• Press Operation : Set up, calibrate, and operate a 6-color printing press to produce high-quality prints.
• Quality Control : Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and overall quality.
• Maintenance : Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure optimal press performance.
• Ink & Material Management : Load ink, paper, and other necessary materials while adjusting ink levels and press settings as needed.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve printing issues such as color misalignment, streaking, or press malfunctions.
• Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety protocols, workplace policies, and industry standards.
• Production Efficiency : Work efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines while minimizing waste.

Your Shift : 3rd Shift; Sunday - Thursday, 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 30 am

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 - 23. Plus Shift Differential. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
