  • Your Role

As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities extend beyond symptom management-you will reintegrate routines, boost confidence, and rekindle joy in daily activities. Whether working with stroke survivors on fine motor skills or supporting orthopedic patients in regaining freedom of movement post-surgery, you will leverage your expertise to deliver person-centered care that emphasizes resilience and autonomy.

This is not a workplace for routines and checklists; here, every patient has a narrative, and each therapy session contributes to a chapter of their recovery journey. You'll collaborate closely with a talented team of therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to develop rehabilitation strategies uniquely tailored to each individual.

    The Team and the City

We've cultivated a remarkable culture within our rehab team. Here, you'll find a warm atmosphere where we celebrate each other's victories, share valuable insights, and foster camaraderie. Every contribution you make will be acknowledged, and your professional development will be a priority while your impact is clearly visible day after day.

And let's not forget the backdrop : Kansas City , a vibrant metropolis that surprises and delights. Say goodbye to dull surroundings-here, you'll discover sprawling parks, dynamic art scenes, and culinary delights ranging from classic barbecue to gourmet dining. The neighborhoods hum with local music, craft breweries, and galleries, ensuring that your weekends are filled with exploration and inspiration. This city prides itself on a pace that encourages leisurely strolls and communal gatherings, blending progress with appreciation for life's simple pleasures.

    Your Ideal Fit

We're seeking compassionate individuals who view occupational therapy as a vocation rather than merely a career. If you're energized by witnessing patients reclaim their abilities, narrate stories of overcoming obstacles, or find their voices again, you will thrive in this environment.

Whether you're an OTR / L with extensive experience or a newcomer fresh from certification, success here correlates with the heart, dedication, and humility you bring to each patient interaction. If the notion of providing exceptional care in a vibrant community excites you, you've found your ideal workplace.

Join Us in Making a Difference

This is your invitation to create something meaningful and impactful, transcending beyond a job role. Your work will empower futures, fuel recoveries, and mend what once was broken. And you will do it within a community celebrated for its commitment to balance and support.

If you're excited to elevate your career, contribute positively to the community, and immerse yourself in a place that values care and connection, we can't wait to welcome you to our team.
