Job Overview

Position Schedule : Full-Time

What You'll Do :

• The Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for one or more systems, or subcomponents of highly complex product structures. They are responsible for providing thought leadership and driving a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm.
• The role is accountable for the respective product's branch / client experience that necessitates a systems thinking approach.
• This individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.
• This work includes management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource requirements, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver on the promised business value.
• This individual additionally serves as the primary contact for issues and escalations related to their supported systems, providing as timely resolution as possible.
• This person will help mentor and develop associates to fulfill the product vision, providing input into the assessment and evaluation of the product team.
• This individual will additionally interact and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the department strategy.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. Hiring Maximum : $168900

Current INTERNAL home-based associates : While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status . Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
