Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of commercial construction projects, with a strong emphasis on healthcare and occupied renovations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily on-site operations for healthcare and commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow
• Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, project managers, and team members
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Resolve issues and conflicts swiftly to minimize delays
• Represent the company professionally as the primary on-site contact

The Successful Applicant

You're a construction professional with 5-10 years of Superintendent experience, ideally in general contracting with a strong focus on healthcare and occupied renovations. You've overseen projects inside hospitals (e.g., MRIs, exam rooms), and you're comfortable managing subcontractors, reading drawings, and being the face of the company on-site.
