The Project Manager Senior, Order Fulfillment will oversee and manage end-to-end order fulfillment and solar panel delivery projects. This includes demand intake, order processing, product availability, lead times, and final delivery. The role serves as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external customers, ensuring on-time, accurate, and cost-effective execution. This position typically manages 2-3 large-scale and 1-3 mid to small scale orders or projects at a time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end fulfillment of 2-3 large-scale and 1-3 mid to small scale orders or projects, from pre-sales through post-sales operations.
  • Develop, review, and manage project schedules across production, inspection, warehousing, and delivery.
  • Oversee contract requirements, client relations, and project deliverables.
  • Ensure successful project completion in alignment with cost, time, quality, and execution standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Align customer requirements with internal execution plans.
  • Drive internal teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Communicate delivery plans clearly and commit to achievable timelines with customers.
  • Facilitate demand review meetings and provide feedback to management for decision-making.
  • Partner with Planning to align production schedules and create detailed delivery plans.
  • Validate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, and delivery dates.
  • Maintain sales orders in the ERP system and confirm compliance with financial and legal requirements.
  • Maintain project trackers and generate regular fulfillment status reports.
  • Monitor production and shipment progress, providing timely updates to customers.
  • Track delivery performance and ensure company KPIs are achieved.
  • Review and evaluate current fulfillment and project management processes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Additional Duties

  • Support other Order Fulfillment team members as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and systems.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or project management.
  • Strong background in sales operations, supply chain coordination, and order processing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a focus on meeting customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems such as Oracle.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and scheduling concepts.
