Overview

Base pay range

$81,177.00 / yr - $109,353.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Act as a validation and quality assurance expert; review functionality of existing systems.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead test execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in test planning, preparation, and test execution activities; represent QA in scrum ceremonies as required.
  • Prepare and share test plans, estimation for manual and automated testing, and produce Test Completion Reports.
  • Raise defects and take ownership until resolution; perform root cause analysis and assist in defect prevention activities.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements and automation scripts; guide the team in creating automation scripts.
  • Interface with customers for issue resolution and knowledge management; escalate risks / issues as needed.
  • Support extra hours or weekend work when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education).
  • At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • Eligible to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor immigration for this role).
  • Located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or willing to relocate; travel to US and Canada may be required.
  • Experience in Software Development and Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall / Agile).

    • Preferred Experience

  • 4+ years of Salesforce Testing and Automation experience.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Automation experience using Selenium, Provar, Copado CRT, etc.
  • Experience writing Testing Strategies and Test Plans; hands-on test execution as required.
  • Experience with test planning, effort estimation, and test documentation; familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to triage / troubleshoot defects and perform root cause analysis.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

    • Location and travel

    For candidates based out of Irvine, CA; travel may be required within the US and Canada.
