As an ASM, you will create a positive, energetic, respectful studio environment and act as the "front line of defense" for the Studio Manager. Your responsibilities include driving the sales funnel and coaching the team on key business metrics such as bookings, new memberships, upgrades, cancellations, win-backs, and freezes. You will manage all front-of-house operations following the OTF model.

Key responsibilities include :

• Analyzing upcoming classes and tasks at the start of each shift to set the team up for success.
• Delivering individual sales goals and motivating the team to achieve them.
• Maintaining a clean and safe studio environment.
• Ensuring proper follow-up on leads to book intro classes promptly.
• Managing declined auto-payments and following up on expiring credit cards.
• Following up with missed guests to encourage their return.
• Processing freezes and terminations efficiently, with appropriate communication.
• Reconciling classes and preparing for the next day.
• Attending weekly leadership meetings.
• Serving as the point of contact for member issues when the Studio Manager is unavailable and reporting issues accordingly.
• Training and educating staff using the studio's training program.
• Assisting with marketing and community outreach.
• Leading monthly team and sales meetings.
