Compensation : $40.87 50.48 per hour

• This range reflects Carestream's good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.

Position Responsibilities :

As a Field Service Engineer at Carestream, you'll be the face of our cutting-edge Digital X-Ray technology, ensuring the performance, reliability, and uptime of equipment used in hospitals and imaging centers. This is more than just a technical role it's a chance to truly make a difference in patient care while working with some of the most advanced systems in the field.

Be the trusted technical expert for our digital X-ray solutions installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites.

Work directly with hospital staff, imaging centers, and healthcare professionals to ensure equipment is running optimally and reliably.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues involving CR / DR X-ray systems, laser imagers, CT scanners, radio fluoroscopy equipment, and networked medical devices.

Serve as a key liaison between Carestream and the customer combining technical knowledge with outstanding relationship-building skills.

Analyze system trends, document service activity, and contribute to continuous product and service improvements.

Enjoy a high degree of autonomy work independently from a home office, with support from a regional team of skilled engineers.

Travel within your assigned territory with occasional overnight stays.
