Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at our downtown Santa Cruz, CA location. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes managing store staff, monitoring inventory levels, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and driving store sales performance. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining visual standards, managing and sorting buys, and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Open availability
• 3 years of customer service experience
• 1 to 2 years of retail management experience
• Extensive knowledge of current popular brands and styles
• Strong leadership skills
