job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct in process and final inspections in accordance with priorities established in the manufacturing / production plan. Assures product quality and manufacturing accuracy by properly using inspection equipment. Maintains product quality documentation by keeping accurate records and files. Ensures that product conforms to standards by correctly reading blueprints and applicable specifications and effectively using inspection measuring equipment. Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive attitude. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Able to perform open set ups for first piece inspections and validations. Performs First Article Inspections to AS9102 standards. Support non-conforming product procedures, first article inspections, source inspections, and audits. Ability to read and interpret customer Blueprints, drawings, specs and standards Ability to read and interpret work instructions Experience with First Article Processes and documentation Experience with quality equipment and calibration processes Strong computer and analytical skills Must be able to work effectively as part of a team Problem Solving Skills Ability to adapt and be flexible Communication Skills, both written and verbal Detail oriented Ability to organize and plan Self-directed salary negotiable depending on experience
