Job Description

Manage the financial and operational performance of affordable housing assets within the portfolio. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations, including reporting requirements. Collaborate with property management teams to identify and implement operational improvements. Analyze financial reports and budgets to identify areas for cost savings or revenue enhancement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory agencies, and community partners. Oversee the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting asset performance and compliance. Provide strategic recommendations for property repositioning or capital improvements. Monitor market trends and policy changes impacting affordable housing operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Affordable Housing Asset Manager should have : a strong understanding of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements. Experience in property management or asset management within the property industry. Proficiency in analyzing financial reports, budgets, and operational performance metrics. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
