Pay Range : $55 - $58 / Hour

JOB SUMMARY :

TurboTax is seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead the strategy and execution of in-product content for TurboTax Assisted experiences. As a crucial member of the content design team, you'll be responsible for crafting customer and tax expert-facing content, ensuring it aligns with the product's overall narrative. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in UX writing for software products, possess a strong ability to work collaboratively and independently, and demonstrate a keen understanding of design strategy and user engagement to drive conversion and revenue.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Own content creation for specific product areas within TurboTax Assisted.

Collaborate with a creative team to shape the customer-driven narrative across the product.

Write compelling content for various screens, balancing tone, structure, and voice effectively.

Incorporate design strategy, data insights, and research findings into content decisions.

Solve user problems and enhance conversion and revenue through strategic content design.

Must have Skills

Proficient UX writing and content design skills, with experience in complex software products.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and analytics.

Proven initiative, ability to manage projects independently, work within tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively.

Industry Experience :

Previous experience in tax, customer service, or fintech industries is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with UX design and user research practices is a nice-to-have.

This is a remote position requiring PST working hours, with a contract length of 6 months. Ideal candidates must be comfortable with a 40-hour work week and participating in a panel interview process.
