Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider to handle inbasket and work at our outpatient Hillsdale Family Care Medicine practice.

• Manage and address in-basket items to reduce the workload on primary care physicians.
• Utilize technology and AI tools to streamline in-basket management.
• Provide patient care as required, ensuring high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of in-basket activities.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and other healthcare team members.
