Terex Early Talent Program

What You'll Do :

During your time with us you will :

  • Be part of the Parts Customer Service team at Genie, learn their daily customer facing and back-end processes, and work on ways to improve those processes
  • Learn to execute business processes by observing with teams doing the work
  • Document processes and then make recommendations for improvement
  • Train team members on improved processes
  • What You'll Bring :

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, quality / continuous improvement, sales, or similar field
  • Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months, part-time for 12 months, or a combination of the two
  • Can work in-person in Bothell, WA for a minimum of 3 days per week (in-person Tues-Thurs, remote Mon / Fri)
  • Desire to work in an office environment
  • Enthusiasm to interact with internal Team Members, customers and associated customer-facing processes
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong experience with Office 365 tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Planner
  • Good presentation skills and analytical thinking
  • Listens and learns before acting
  • Ability to communicate tactfully and respond positively
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Nice to haves :

  • Interest in joining the Leadership Development Programs after graduation
  • Salesforce and Oracle ERP experience
  • Experience leveraging AI
  • Knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing concepts
  • Experience with analyzing and interpreting trends from data
  • Assimilate quickly into a team environment
  • Natural curiosity to learn

  • Ability to adapt and learn data systems
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, relationship building skills, and demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of management
  • The compensation for this position is $26 / hr for undergraduate interns and $28 / hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay and, if desired, medical insurance.
