Hours : 8am-5pm M-F (seasonal overtime required)

Requirements :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards.
• Verify and maintain shipping records, including invoices, packing slips, and tracking numbers.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with FedEx, UPS, and other courier services.
• Knowledge using Outlook email in a professional setting.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies (boxes, labels, tape, etc.).
• Operate shipping software and systems to generate labels and track shipments.
• Inspect outgoing packages for accuracy, damage, and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Communicate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, project manager) regarding shipping status and issues.
• Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies or delays with carriers.
• Completes quality assurance checks consistently throughout production to ensures superior quality of product
• Keeps a clean and organized work area at all times
• Cross-trains in other areas and continues learning new and improved processes to increase knowledge and understanding of print industry
• Operates in compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management.

Familiarity with inventory management software / systems.

Use of online shipping programs – DHL, FedEx, UPS

Must Speak, Read and Write English

Forklift Operation a Plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Lift up to 50 pounds.
