Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $190,000.00 / yr

As a result, we have aggressive growth goals, and are expanding our Enterprise go-to-market efforts to meet growing demand from some of the largest and most innovative organizations in the United States. As one of our first Sales Engineers supporting our Enterprise sales team , you'll be the voice of our technology with Enterprise customers in TOLA, scale our go-to-market motion across strategic U.S. accounts and serve as an integral link in the feedback loop between our product team and customers with highly complex infrastructure requirements.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 months, you will :

• Become a Subject Matter Expert across the entire Meter portfolio
• Establish your role as a trusted advisor both internally and externally for customers and partners
• Build strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
• Own the delivery of compelling demos and POCs that drive deals forward
• Design and deliver tailored architectures to solve customer use cases
• Unblock complex opportunities through deep technical expertise
• Lead technical discovery calls to deeply understand customer requirements
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer requirements
• Shorten the sales cycle and increase POC win rate in a meaningful way
