Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $170000.00 / yr.
Medical / Rx : after 60 days of employment; employee shares with the company the premium cost at a scaling rate. Dental, Vision and Life Insurance : provided for employees via payroll pre-tax deduction. Disability Benefits : provided as required by law; no cost to employees. Worker's Compensation : provided as required by law; no cost to employees. 401K Plan : Company matches 4%; plan entry every 6 months; partial vesting schedule. PAID TIME OFF VACATION : Accrual on first year of employment. Allow carry over of up to unused five (5) vacation days. SICK : 40 hours (5 days) per year. No carry over. ADDITIONAL PERSONAL DAYS : granted annually.
