Director of Commercial Marketing for a successful surgical robotics company in the Bay Area.
Looking for a strategic, dynamic marketing leader to build and scale our Commercial Marketing function. This role is central to shaping our go-to-market strategy, driving adoption of Aquablation therapy , and leading a high-impact team that delivers measurable results across surgeons, practices, hospitals, and health systems.
What you’ll do :
- Build audience-centric strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy
- Partner with Sales, Market Access, and Communications to align commercial strategy, messaging, and tools
- Lead program launch excellence, ensuring integrates seamlessly into hospitals and practices
- Scale clinical marketing through KOL engagement, professional society partnerships, and best-in-class content
- Coach and develop a team of expert marketers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth
What we’re looking for :
12+ years of marketing experience (medical device preferred) with proven impact in commercial strategyStrong leadership track record in building and developing high-performing teamsData-driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and influence adoptionExperience engaging with hospital executives, administrators, and decision-makers
