Requirements  Job Description Section : Facility Volume : About 3000 annual volume. Averaging about 8 patients / dayMD / DO Certification Requirements & Any Specific Experience Requirements : BC in EM, FM, or IM, is accepted. EM boarded, no life certs required. IM / FM - ACLS, ATLS, PALS required at all times. Shift Preference : Days & NightsFacility Specific Notes : Credentialing Timeframe is 60-90 days but will issue temps with clean file.Coverage & Shift Times : Physician : 7a-7p and 7p-7a daily no NPPA coverage.
