About the position : The Distribution Design Technician is primarily responsible for entering and maintaining automated mapping / facility management (through GTech) data to ensure related systems are up-to-date and reliable. Key responsibilities include :

Qualifications : Associates Degree in a technical field required, preferably in Computer-Aided Design or Engineering Technology. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. One or more years experience analyzing and interpreting construction drawings preferred. Design or construction experience on utility distribution lines and / or mains preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate :

Compensation Range : $49,100.00 - $73,700.00

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
