Supply Chain Lead - El Segundo We are seeking a Supply Chain Lead to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless sourcing, procurement, planning, and logistics for our rapidly growing aerospace programs. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a startup environment and can balance strategic planning with tactical execution. The ideal candidate has deep supply chain expertise in aerospace or complex hardware industries and is passionate about enabling innovation in aviation.

Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle : supplier identification, negotiation, contracts, purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
• Build, develop, and manage relationships with key aerospace suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to align material readiness with development and production schedules.
• Implement scalable procurement processes, supplier performance metrics, and risk management strategies.
• Develop demand forecasting and inventory management systems to ensure on-time availability of critical components.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations, ITAR, EAR, and quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
• Support hiring and mentorship of future supply chain team members as the organization scales.
