Job Title : Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Assembly Technician for both 1st and 2nd shifts to join our team in Eldridge, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various types of assault rifles and other firearms according to customer orders. Daily tasks include the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations and support production needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes.
• Pay close attention to detail in all tasks.
• Read and interpret production drawings accurately.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively, although experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
• Conduct inventory counts and inspections.
• Perform general labor tasks as required.
• Produce quality parts while adhering to company procedures and policies.
• Meet established time standards for all assigned production tasks.
• Ensure adequate control, protection, and use of company assets.
• Occasionally lift up to 75+ lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eldridge, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50 / hr.
