Overview

A company is looking for a Contracts Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements for their cloud cybersecurity business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including SAAS and licensing agreements
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of corporate policies and review standard form templates

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in SAAS and Cloud contracts review and negotiation
  • Experience as in-house counsel or at a big firm in a global technology / software / cloud company
  • Advanced knowledge of contract law and contract management processes
  • Juris Doctor or LLM from an accredited university and bar admission in the US
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations and communicate effectively in a hybrid team environment
