Associate Attorney (Religious Organizations)

Kirton McConkie, a large Salt Lake City law firm, has an employment opportunity for an associate attorney to work in the Religious Organizations practice group. A minimum of two years of experience in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts is required. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and hard-working, with the ability to perform a wide variety of legal tasks including legal research and writing, and interviewing / interacting with clients and others. Candidates must be able to perform investigative work and convey findings in a succinct and thorough manner.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have excellent writing and communication skills. Candidates must be an active member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah State Bar exam as soon as possible.
